Yann Wermeille est titulaire d’une licence en droit et d’un DES en droit pénal de l’Université de Genève ainsi que CFA Charterholder.
Yann est actif dans le secteur financier depuis plus de 20 ans dans les domaines de la banque d’investissement, de la gestion d’actifs, des fonds de placement, des marchés de capitaux et de la banque privée. Il a commencé sa carrière professionnelle dans deux banques à Zurich avant de rejoindre l’Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers (FINMA) en 2006, où il a été membre de la direction et responsable de la division Marchés. Après, il a cofondé une société de services aux actionnaires, destinée à améliorer la gouvernance des société cotées sur le marché suisse et à soutenir les investisseurs institutionnels dans l’exercice de leurs droits de vote. La même année, il a cofondé un gestionnaire de placements collectifs de capitaux ainsi qu’une SICAV suisse avant de lancer le premier fonds d’engagement suisse. Après avoir quitté le gestionnaire d’actifs, il a notamment créé une société active dans la sélection et la commercialisation de vins naturels et contribué au développement de l’Asset Management d’une banque romande.
Aujourd’hui il est Président de Realstone SA et membre du Conseil d’administration de Schenk Holding SA, de NBK Banque Privée (Suisse) SA, de Noble Capital Management (NCM) SA et de deraisin SA.
